A profile will not start

Locked, in the trash, already running, paused for verification, or blocked by the plan: what each message means.

  1. profile is locked, unlock it before launch, export, or credential reveal: open the profile drawer and choose Unlock for 15 minutes.
  2. that profile is in the trash, restore it before launching it: open Profiles, Trash and choose Restore.
  3. already running: the profile already has a window open. Use the running tray to find or stop it.
  4. verification privacy pause blocks automation and diagnostics: a verification pause is active for this profile. In the drawer under verification privacy, choose Resume this exact pause, or Begin a new automation session. Closing Browz does not clear a pause.
  5. REFUSING ordinary launch: this profile has an in-flight or restorable suspension journal. Browz suspended the profile to save resources. Use the resource restore action so Browz can check its identity before reopening the saved pages.
  6. plan-lapsed-read-export-only or profile-quota-exceeded: new profiles are blocked by the plan or the profile quota. Existing profiles can still be listed, exported and launched.

The verification pause does not solve or bypass captchas or identity checks. It only stops automation while a person completes one.
