FAQ

About the beta.

Why does my Mac warn me the first time?

Beta builds are signed for local use but not yet notarised by Apple. You approve Browz once in System Settings › Privacy & Security, and it opens normally after that. Notarised releases will open without the warning.

Does the beta cost anything?

No. Nobody is charged during the private beta. The Free plan does not include sync or team features, so those need a paid plan once checkout opens.

Will my profiles carry over to the release?

Profiles live on your computer and are kept when you update Browz.
